Legal
The terms that govern every Heathrow meet and greet valet parking booking with Heathrow Valet Parking Ltd.
These terms apply to every booking made with Heathrow Valet Parking Ltd ("we", "us") for Heathrow meet and greet valet parking. By confirming a booking — online, by email or by phone — the named customer agrees to these terms.
We collect your vehicle at the departures forecourt of Heathrow Terminal 2, 3, 4 or 5, store it in our secure, CCTV-monitored compound, and return it to you at the arrivals forecourt of your chosen terminal. Collection and return include a photographic vehicle condition check and a signed handover record.
We are not affiliated with Heathrow Airport Limited and are not an official airport operator.
Customers must bring two functioning vehicle keys: one to retain and one to hand to our driver. Only the vehicle key or fob should be provided. All house keys, unrelated keys and accessories must be removed before handover.
Keys left with us are stored in a logged, secure key-safe and are released only to the named customer or a person you have added to the booking in advance, on presentation of photo ID and the booking reference.
Our contractual contribution towards replacement of a lost vehicle key is limited to £200 per booking.
If a key we hold is lost, the outcome depends on the spare key: if you still have a second key, you may take over the vehicle and drive it yourself. If you do not have another key, you are responsible for collecting the vehicle from our compound — we cannot deliver cars in this situation. Any additional costs arising, including recovery, replacement key programming and third-party charges, remain your responsibility except to the extent caused by our own acts or omissions.
Customers must inspect their vehicle with the driver before departure and ask for any concerns to be recorded. Damage that could not reasonably be identified at collection must be reported as soon as reasonably practicable, with supporting photographs and details.
The photographic condition record taken at handover and at return is the reference point for any damage discussion. Reports made long after collection, without photographs or supporting detail, may not be accepted.
The customer must ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy, appropriately insured, taxed and has a valid MOT where legally required throughout the booking. Any exemption must be disclosed before handover. Customers must disclose faults, warning lights and special operating requirements and provide sufficient fuel or charge.
We may refuse to drive or accept a vehicle where doing so would be unlawful or unsafe. The customer is responsible for reasonable, evidenced costs directly resulting from their failure to meet these requirements, except to the extent caused by our own acts or omissions.
Any Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) charge incurred while your vehicle is being driven between your terminal and our compound is settled automatically by us as part of the service. You never need to pay a ULEZ charge for that movement, and you will not be invoiced for it.
ULEZ compliance is your vehicle's responsibility in the ordinary sense: vehicles that do not meet the standards are still moved by us, and any charge is paid by us without deduction from your booking.
We remain responsible for exercising reasonable care and skill while driving, parking and storing the vehicle. Our service is not comprehensive motor insurance. For incidents for which we are not legally responsible, customers should contact their own insurer, subject to their policy's terms. Customers must check that their insurance remains suitable throughout the parking period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and is capped at the price paid for the booking, except where caused by our negligence.
Prices are fixed at the time of booking at the published tariff (from £60 for 1 day, then £3 for each day beyond 11 days). Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment provider. Your booking reference, meeting-point instructions and email support details are issued immediately after payment.
Operational contact details, including your dedicated line, are provided only in your booking confirmation.
Cancel up to 24 hours before your drop-off time for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours are refunded minus a small administration fee.
Bookings are non-refundable once the service has commenced. Date and time amendments are permitted only for customers who purchased Flexible Cancellation Cover; amendments are not refunds, and any balance due for a longer stay is payable at amendment.
Flexible Cancellation Cover (£1.90) adds protection for covered circumstances as described at checkout. The 50p charity round-up is a voluntary donation and is non-refundable.
We track your inbound flight automatically and reposition the vehicle for the actual landing time at no extra cost. On landing, contact us at baggage reclaim using the details in your confirmation, and your car will be brought to the arrivals forecourt, typically within 15 minutes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions, concerns or damage reports should be sent to bookings@heathrowvaletparking.com with your booking reference. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published when you book.
