FAQ

Quick answers

The eight questions our support desk is asked most often.

What is Heathrow meet and greet parking?

Heathrow meet and greet parking is a valet service where a vetted driver meets you at the departures forecourt of your terminal, takes your car and parks it in a secure compound. On return, the car is brought back to arrivals. There is no shuttle bus and no car park to navigate.

How much does Heathrow valet parking cost?

Meet and greet parking costs £50 for the first day and £2 for each extra day, at Heathrow and Luton. A 7-day stay is £62.00 (£8.86 per day) and 14 days is £76.00 (£5.43 per day). Prices are fixed at booking and include collection, secure parking, insurance and return delivery.

Is meet and greet cheaper than Heathrow short stay parking?

Yes. For any stay longer than 24 hours, meet and greet is typically 50–70% cheaper than Heathrow short stay car parks, and it removes the transfer time that off-airport long stay parking adds.

Which Heathrow terminals do you cover?

We cover Terminal 2, Terminal 3, Terminal 4 and Terminal 5, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including bank holidays and Christmas.

Where exactly does the driver meet me?

At the departures forecourt of your terminal, in the signposted meet and greet or valet bays. Your confirmation email contains the exact zone, a map and the operations phone number.

How early should I arrive for drop-off?

Arrive at the forecourt at your booked time. Call our operations team roughly 15 minutes before you arrive so the driver is already in the bay when you pull in.

How long does the handover take?

The average kerbside handover is under four minutes, including the photographic vehicle condition check and signing your receipt.

Is my car insured while it is parked?

Yes. Your vehicle is covered by comprehensive motor trade road risk and storage insurance from the moment we accept the keys until you take them back at arrivals. Certificates are available on request.
